Site visit and congress planning
We will welcome a few months before the event so we can show you suitable hotels, their business centre space, restaurants and places for gala events. You can try a cruise, dine in chosen restaurant, do a private guided tour or try a private transfer organized by us. Not only we will meet face to face but we can disucuss all aspects of your event and see those places of interest.
Complete package of services
We'll pick all participants up at the airport. We'll prepare a pick-up schedule and have an assistant at the airport. We will accommodate your colleagues, clients, and training lecturers. All reservations in restaurants will be prepared and individual menus agreed prior the event. The whole program continues smoothly under our supervision. Everyone knows what to do and where they should be. There is always a problem at the last minute so we are on the phone 24 hours a day to help with any kind of situation.
